Talent Bender Inc. is a creative production and creative operations company focused on building original music assets, creator-focused learning content, and practical resources for the creative economy.
Our work begins with music — producing and developing a growing catalog of original work: loops, beat instrumentals, fully produced songs . Building on that foundation, we create educational content and structured resources that help producers, artists, and content creators better understand the craft, business, and long-term sustainability of their work.

Meet the Founder and CEO
Talent Bender Inc. is led by Dewayne Jackson who has over 20 years working in complex digital environments that include start ups, small businesses, universities, and more. His career included roles in quality assurance, web and digital systems, online learning platforms, music production, and creative media.
Dewayne holds a Master of Music in Music Business and Entertainment Industries from the University of Miami and a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from Valdosta State University. Dewayne is a music producer and songwriter. His professional memberships in the music industry include the Recording Academy and the Music & Entertainment Industry Educators Association (MEIEA). Finally, Dewayne is a long time member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
Why Talent Bender exists:
After years working across online education, music production, and digital platforms, Dewayne saw a consistent gap in the creator economy: talent is everywhere, but structure is not. Today’s tools make it easy to release content, yet much harder to build sustainable creative work. Producers, artists, and creators often move quickly without a clear understanding of ownership, licensing, workflows, or long-term strategy behind what they create. Talent Bender exists to help close that gap — producing original music, developing practical creative industry education, and building resources that support creators who want their work to last.
